Hello! This site is a space for my own ramblings about family, work, my obsession with reality television, and life

I also plan to update this site often as a way to keep family and friends in the loop as to what my husband Adam and

What's New?
Sept. 21, 2004 - Well, it's back to work after a wonderful weekend. We went on the third C & G Newspapers Mystery
Trip, where we ended up at the Grand Hotel on Mackinac Island. It was such a nice trip, and I think it was the best Mystery
Trip yet. The Grand Hotel is beautiful, and I never thought I would get a chance to stay there. We had lunch at Fort Macikinac,
spent time at the hotel and had a cocktail reception on the hotel's famous porch, follwed by an excellent five course dinner
in the main dining room. The rest of the evening was spent at the hotel's bars and lounges. We spent a lot of time at the
Audobon Wine Bar and dancing to a live jazz orchestra in one of the lounges. On Sunday, we headed back to the main dining
room for a delicious breakfast, then spent some time wandering through the island's shops. It was an unforgettable weekend,
and I'm hoping we'll be able to return to Grand Hotel someday (if we can afford it!!).
September 4, 2004 - If you haven't seen "The Passion of the Christ" yet, stop what you're doing and go rent this
film. Adam and I bought the DVD last night and viewed it for the first time. Some of it was difficult to watch, but I think
it's such an important film to see. If you want to view the trailer, I've added a link below.
September 3, 2004 - I can't believe it's September already! I'm looking forward to the holiday weekend and my week
off from work next week :-) I've added a few new links on the "favorite links" page, plus a guestbook at the bottom of this
page.
August 28, 2004 - I'm just sitting here trying to get this site up and running. Adam is at a family party, which
I skipped because I was having some stomach issues, if you know what I mean :-) Adam is scheduled to sing with his new
band tonight at a party. I may have to sit this one out, though, since I sort of overdid it last night at Adam's cousin
Lindsey's wedding.
